We pride ourselves on helping our customers get their deliveries everyday. We hope this FAQ section helps get you the information you need as quick as possible. If you have any question in anyway, do not hesitate to reach out and contact us.

We deliver five days a week to the Coast. We deliver daily Monday to Friday.

A: Please call us direct for possible priority delivery on Saturday; not guaranteed but we may be able to help. Call us.

A: No. We are licensed and insured as couriers who will be able to deliver packages door to door. We are not authorized to deliver packages inside homes or job sites. Call us if you have any further questions. TIP: We are authorized to drop items inside your garage (furniture, appliances etc).

A: Yes! We are absolutely able to pick up from Ikea Depot in Nanaimo. Ikea has very strict procedures in place to be able to securely pick up/release the order to Westcoast Connect (which is a great thing). Please call us to set this up properly.

A: Yes! Please ensure your order is FULLY paid and ready for pick up to avoid additional charges; call us to ensure this is set up correctly. TIP: We will often need an email of your order confirmation sent to us ahead of pick up.
